My kids love this. The stew makes a wonderful brown gravy. Serve over mashed potatoes to make a complete meal.

This stew is a lifesaver on busy weeknights. I can just throw all the ingredients in my slow cooker in the morning, and dinner is ready when I get home from work. It's always a crowd-pleaser, and the leftovers are even better the next day.
