Number Of Ingredients 6

4 cups sliced peaches (I have always used fresh but maybe canned could be substituted. Don't know about the juice though!)

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar

Steps:

  • Spray crockpot with non-stick spray.
  • Mix dry ingredients together.
  • Stir in peaches and pour into crockpot.
  • Cook on low 4 to 6 hours.

The peaches turned out a bit too tart for my taste, but I think that's because I used unripe peaches. I'll try again with ripe peaches next time.

These slow-cooked peaches are a delightful treat! The peaches become incredibly soft and juicy, with a wonderfully concentrated peach flavor. I served them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and it was the perfect summer dessert.
