Smoked Jalapeno Aioli Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup mayonnaise
1 canned chipotle chile in adobo - (to 2)
1 garlic clove coarsely chopped
1/2 lemon juiced
1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 pinch salt

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend for 1 minute to combine. Set aside to allow the flavors to marry. This recipe yields 1 cup.
