Smoothie Bowl with Mango and Coconut image

A yummy vegan smoothie with mango, coconut, and vanilla.

1 ½ cups frozen mango chunks
1 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk
1 frozen banana, chopped
1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut cream
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon flaked coconut
1 teaspoon goji berries
½ teaspoon chia seeds

Steps:

  • Place mango chunks, almond milk, banana, coconut cream, and vanilla extract in a blender; puree until smoothie is thick and smooth. Pour into a serving bowl.
  • Top smoothie bowl with flaked coconut, goji berries, and chia seeds.

This smoothie bowl was a disappointment. The mango and coconut flavors were artificial and bland. The bowl was also very watery and lacked creaminess. I would not recommend this recipe.
