Steps:
- 1. Combine first three ingredients and cook for approximately 10 minutes until it comes to a boil. Take off the eye and cool slightly.
- 2. Add all remaining ingredients except confectioner sugar. Dump onto wax paper. Roll into quarter-sized balls.
- 3. Add confectioner sugar to a large plastic bag or bowl. Dump balls into large plastic bag or bowl. Toss until covered. Store in Christmas tins.
