So Easy Blueberry Cobbler image

Love any fruit cobbler and you can use any fruit you like in this. This is a great dessert warm with some vanilla icecream. Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 stick butter or margarine
1 c milk
1 c sugar
pinch of salt
1 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
20 oz can of any fruit ( blueberry was used in this one)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Place stick of butter into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish and place in oven to melt butter. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking powder, milk and salt. Stir to mix well. Remove baking dish from oven and pour mixture over melted butter- do not stir. Pour can of fruit (juice and all) on top- once again, do not stir. Bake 45-60 minutes. Dough will be done when it is golden brown on top. Spoon hot into dessert bowls and top with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
