- combine cake ingredients and pour into an 13x9x2 pan sprayed with cooking spray. In a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients and swirl gently into cake batter. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes (less if convection). Note: while warm, you may choose to top with a glaze of 1 c conf sugar mixed with 2 tablespoons milk or water plus a dab of vanilla.
