Spam & Potato Casserole image

This is my son J.J.'s favortie meal. If I use red potatoes I use about 9 since they are small. This is so rich and creamy. It's like Au Gratin potatoes.

This casserole was a hit with my family! The spam added a nice salty flavor, and the potatoes were creamy and delicious. I will definitely be making this again.
