I'll definitely be making this dish again. It's a great way to use up leftover tofu.

I'm giving this recipe 3 stars. It's a good starting point, but it needs some tweaking.

Overall, I thought this dish was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

This dish was a lot of work for not a lot of payoff. I don't think I'll be making it again.

The recipe was missing instructions on how to cook the rice. I had to look it up online.

This dish was too spicy for me. I'll have to reduce the amount of chili paste next time.

The tofu was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll marinate it in a flavorful sauce next time.

I would have liked the sauce to be a bit thicker. Next time, I'll add a cornstarch slurry.

The peanuts add a nice crunchy texture to the dish.

This was a quick and easy weeknight meal. I used store-bought red curry paste to save time, and it still turned out great.

I'm not usually a fan of tofu, but this dish changed my mind. The spicy sauce and crispy peanuts were a great combination.

This tofu dish was a hit at my dinner party! The flavors were bold and vibrant, and the tofu was cooked perfectly. I especially loved the combination of red bell peppers and peanuts.
