Spinach and Feta Pinwheels image

When I flew out to my friend's wedding I was asked if I had any ideas for appetizers for the event 2 days away. So, I turned to an old standby....the pinwheel. I had made Mexican and Seafood many times but this one was new. It is an easy, tasty treat. The filling can also be used for a dip with pita chips or crackers.

I'm not a huge fan of spinach, but these pinwheels were surprisingly good. The feta cheese and cream cheese really balance out the flavor of the spinach.
