THIS DIP IS GREAT COLD OR HOT! EASY TO MAKE... EVEN EASIER TO EAT! THE ENTIRE FAMILY LOVES THIS ONE! This makes a large batch which is great to take to parties and pot luck dinners. PLAY WITH YOUR FOODS!

Steps:
- 1. Cream together the creamed part of dip ingredients.
- 2. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Put in microwaveable yet pretty bowl. Refrigerate until needed.
- 3. If you wish to serve as a cold dip... go ahead. If you wish to serve as a warm dip... microwave on high for about 2 minutes (depending on your microwave). Stir a couple of times. Garnish with a pretty red grape tomato.
- 4. To serve: place in center of plate or platter surrounded by crackers and or garlic toasts. Or, make crustinies with the warm dip spread on them and put on a platter. How ever you serve it... it is great! *** This recipe makes enough dip to keep everyone happy!
