Steps:
- Chill pie shell for 1 hour. Bake in preheated 400° oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until edge of shell is golden brown. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute onions in butter for 5 minutes (do not brown). Add ham and saute for 1 minute. Add spinach and stir for 2-3 minutes or until spinach is wilted and onions are tender. Cool slightly. Spread in bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle with cheese. Place half-and-half, eggs, cornstarch, salt, nutmet and pepper in a blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until puffed, golden brown and set in center. Cool at least 10 minutes before cutting into wedges. Serve warm or at room temperature.
