Meanwhile boil spinach and drain Combine sausage with spinach and sauté Remove from heat add cheese salt and pepper to taste Pre heat oven to 400 Roll dough to narrow rectangle put sausage and spinach mixture in center and fold over sides of dough to create a loaf. Paint with egg wash bake approximately 20 minutes or until dough golden brown Slice into 1.5inch slices
