My all time favorite ice cream is Spumoni and since it is very hard to find anymore on a menu at Italian resturants, I make this version and satisfies my craving!

Steps:
- 1. Soften ice cream in mixer; do not allow to melt. Stir in Marsala wine. Beat cream until stiff, incorporating powered sugar and vanilla; gently fold into ice cream. Fold in cherries, pineapple, almonds,and chocolate. Ladle into muffin tins that have been lined with foil/paper liners. Freeze immmediately, covered.
