Steamed Cauliflower in the Buff image

1 head cauliflower
1 1/4 cups water

Steps:

  • Fill 2 quart pot (medium size) with water, so it is just below metal steamer basket.
  • Bring water to boil.
  • Cut cauliflower into florets and place into steamer basket.
  • Cover with lid and steam for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Drain water and enjoy!
