Also known as Tarte au Sucre. If you can't find maple sugar, you can use a mix of light and dark brown sugar. I've also made miniature tarts with this. Serve thin slices with whipped cream or ice cream.

This sugar pie recipe is definitely not for beginners. It's very technical and requires a lot of precision.

This was my first time making sugar pie, and it turned out great! The recipe was easy to follow, and the pie was delicious. I used a store-bought pie crust, which made it even easier.

I've been making this sugar pie for years, and it's always a hit. The key is to use good quality ingredients, and to not overcook the filling. I like to serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

This sugar pie recipe is a keeper! The filling is perfectly sweet and gooey, with a hint of lemon that really brightens it up. The crust is flaky and buttery, and it holds up well to the filling. I will definitely be making this again soon!
