2 large grapefruits
4 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
maraschino cherry, optional (to garnish)

Steps:

  • Cut grapefruits in half.
  • Cut the membrane out of the middle of each half.
  • Cut the sections loose.
  • Place 1 T butter in the center of each.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon.
  • Sprinkle over each half.
  • Broil until bubbly.
  • Place a cherry in middle of each.
