1 cup finely sliced red bell pepper
1 cup finely sliced yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Steps:

  • In bowl, combine peppers and cilantro.
  • Add olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Toss until well coated.
  • Let stand 5 minutes.
