This soup is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend reducing the amount of sugar or honey.

I'm not a huge fan of sweet potatoes, but I really enjoyed this soup. The pears and spices balance out the sweetness of the potatoes perfectly.

This is the best sweet potato soup I've ever had! The pears add a nice sweetness and the ginger gives it a bit of a kick. I'll definitely be making this again.
