A sweet and salty "twist" on ordinary bacon. A wonderful addition to any breakfast buffet yet easy enough for every day... my kind of recipe!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Cut length of bacon in half. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in plastic bag. Dip bacon in sugar mixture and twist. Place on parchment or foil lined baking sheet.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until crisp.
