Swiss Broccoli Casserole image

This recipe was handed down for many years at a Nursing Home I used to work at. We all would get together and have a pot luck lunch once a month. My family loves this dish also. Always liked it when our Farmer's Market opens for the summer. I like to buy fresh Broccoli to use in this dish. I would always clean it and than blanch...

I wasn't a big fan of this casserole. I found it to be too cheesy and heavy.

This Swiss broccoli casserole was a hit with my family! It was cheesy, creamy, and oh-so-flavorful. The broccoli was cooked perfectly and the sauce was amazing.
