Steps:
- combine flour & sugar in lrg. bowl;set aside. combine 1 stick of butter, 1 1/2 sq. choc and water in small saucepan. over med heat, bring to boil. remove from heat; add to flour & sugar. mix well; add sour cream, eggs,soda, salt;mix well. pour in 13x9 greased pan. bake in preheated 375 oven for 25-30 min. frosting: combine 1 stick butter, 1 1/2 sq. of choc & 6 tbsp milk in saucepan. stir frequently till boils. boil for 1 min. remove from heat; add conf sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla. stir well. pour over warm cake. cool & enjoy!!
