This dish is a great make-ahead meal. I often make it on the weekend and then reheat it during the week.

I'm not a huge fan of potato dishes, but this one was actually really good. The potatoes were cooked perfectly and the cheese topping was delicious.

This dish was a little time-consuming to make, but it was definitely worth it. The potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

I thought this recipe was just okay. The potatoes were a little bland and the cheese topping was too thick.
