Steps:
- 1. Cook ground beef and drain.Preheat 450F.grease a 9X9 pan.
- 2. Add taco seasoning;picante sauce(you can use mild;med;or hot)and corn. Heat until hot.
- 3. Transfer meat mixture to pan top with chesse.Mix biscuit mix up; Drop dough by the spoonfuls on top.
- 4. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- 5. * you can use cornbread mix instead of biscuits...I do ...its good both ways.
