Taco Bell XXL COPYCAT Beef Nachos image

The best nachos ever. Exactly like Taco Bell XXL nachos - except you won't be paying $5.99 for the batch! Follow the recipe exactly as I have tested and perfected it for my family and friends. Leave off the Jalapenos if you don't like any spice.

I'm not usually a fan of nachos, but these were really good. The cheese was melted and gooey, the beef was flavorful, and the toppings were fresh. I would definitely make these again.

The nachos were easy to make and very tasty. I would recommend using a good quality cheese and taco seasoning. I also added some sour cream and guacamole on top, which made them even better.
