In my home town during the 1950's and 60's it seemed like every mom made this dish, it had many names and many different ways of making it. It was called Tagliarini, Talarini, Slumgoli and goulosh. This recipe is close to a neighbor's version that I loved as a kid. She called hers Tagliarini.

This recipe was a disaster! The dough was impossible to work with, and the sauce was bland and watery. I ended up throwing the whole thing out. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

I was disappointed with this recipe. The sauce was too heavy and the pasta was overcooked. I think I'll stick to my usual tagliatelle recipe.

I had some trouble getting the dough to come together. I ended up adding a little extra flour, but it still seemed a bit sticky. The tagliatelle also cooked a bit unevenly. Some pieces were al dente, while others were a bit overcooked.

This recipe was a bit too bland for my taste. I think it could have used more seasoning, or maybe some fresh herbs. The pasta itself was cooked well, but the sauce was just missing something.

I made this tagliatelle for a dinner party last weekend, and it was a huge success. Everyone loved the creamy sauce and the tender pasta. I even had a few people ask me for the recipe. This is definitely a dish that I'll be making again and again.

I've tried many tagliatelle recipes, but this one is by far my favorite. The combination of mascarpone and Parmesan cheese creates a luscious sauce that coats the pasta perfectly. I also love the addition of peas and prosciutto; they add a nice pop o
