Tasha's creamy Tuna noodle Casserole image

My extra special twist to tuna noodle casserole

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 pkg egg noodles ( used 16 oz bag)
1 can(s) (family size) cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) milk(just filled the can from the soup)
1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz)
1 ranch dressing ( i just added a squirt for taste its optional so as little or as much as you want .. i love it like this but you may not so its not needed and does not really effect the taste all that much)
1 c shredded cheese ( any kind will work i like colby jack in mine)
1 Tbsp butter
2 can(s) tuna fish ( i used 5 oz.. but this is another thing that is as little or as much as you want)
1 can(s) peas ( could use fresh or frozen also)
1 pkg ritz crackers
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
1/4 c parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Boil noodles
  • 2. In another pan mix mushroom soup,milk,cream cheese,ranch, cheese and butter cook till everything is nice and hot and creamy( if it seems too thick add extra milk)
  • 3. add tuna and peas
  • 4. add noodles
  • 5. pour into casserole dish or glass pan what ever you have on hand
  • 6. mix smashed crackers,parm cheese and parsley together for the topping
  • 7. pour over casserole
  • 8. bake in oven at 350 for about 20-30 mins till nice and bubbly!
