This is a nice, smooth, cream cheese & noodle casserole with a tomato based sauce and was a favorite of mine when I was growing up. Mom says it's been in the family for years! Feel free to tinker with the amounts!

This casserole was a great way to use up leftover pasta. I added some diced chicken and vegetables to the filling and it turned out great. It was a quick and easy meal that my family loved.

I've made this casserole many times and it's always a hit. It's so easy to make and it's always delicious. I usually add some diced bell peppers and onions to the ground beef mixture for extra flavor.

This casserole was a disaster! The cheese didn't melt properly and the pasta was overcooked. I had to throw the whole thing away.

This was an okay casserole. It was easy to make and the flavors were decent, but it wasn't anything special. I probably wouldn't make it again.

This casserole was a disappointment. The flavors were bland and the texture was mushy. I followed the recipe exactly, but it just didn't turn out well.

I loved this casserole! It was so easy to make and the flavors were amazing. I used a Mexican blend of cheese and it gave the casserole a nice kick. I will definitely be making this again.

This was a delicious and easy casserole to make. I used a gluten-free pasta and it turned out great. The flavors were perfect and it was a big hit with my family.

This casserole was easy to make and tasted great! I used ground turkey instead of beef and it turned out just as good. I also added some corn and black beans to the filling for extra flavor and texture.
