Steps:
- 1. Prepare yellow cake mix as directed. after it is cooled. use a the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes in the cake
- 2. pour the entire can of crushed pine apple evenly over the cake juice and all
- 3. Prepare the instant pastacio pudding before it sets up pour over the top of the pineapple and cake (layering)
- 4. Next layer the Cool whip topping using a spatula to make peaks
- 5. Sprinkle coconut on top of the coolwhip
- 6. sprinke chopped nuts on top of the cool whip
- 7. Drain and rinse the cherries in a calender under cold water. slice them in half and arrange astectically on top the cake.
- 8. refridgerate for 3-4 hours before serving. The longer you let it set the better it will taste. I let mine rest over night.
