- Melt butter and add to a 9x13 pan.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Add butterscotch chips.
- Add coconut.
- Add chopped pecans.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk over top.
- Gently shake pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
