6 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup basil vinegar or red wine vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil

  • Mix pasta, olives, bell pepper, all cheeses and basil in large bowl to combine. Pour vinegar into small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Add sugar; season dressing to taste with salt and pepper. Toss salad with enough dressing to coat. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled, about 2 hours. (Can be prepared 8 hours ahead; keep refrigerated.)

Not a fan of olives. I picked them out before eating the pasta salad.

This pasta salad is a great make-ahead dish. I made it the night before and it was even better the next day.

The dressing is a bit too oily for my liking. I'll try using less oil next time.

Not bad! I'll probably make it again, but I'll use a different type of cheese.

A bit too bland for my taste. I added some salt, pepper, and garlic powder to give it more flavor.

I'm not usually a fan of pasta salad, but this recipe changed my mind. The three-cheese combination is divine, and the dressing is perfectly balanced.

Easy to make and delicious! I used rotini pasta and added some cherry tomatoes for a pop of color.

This pasta salad was a hit at my summer BBQ! The combination of sharp cheddar, creamy mozzarella, and nutty Parmesan cheeses, along with the briny olives and tangy dressing, was a flavor explosion.
