Tilapia Creole Sauce image

This was created after reading several Creole sauce recipes and using the ingredients at hand. This would probably work with any mild fish. Next time I make this I will probably add some crab meat.

This recipe was a disappointment. The tilapia was dry and overcooked, and the creole sauce was bland.

This dish was a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. He said it was the best tilapia he's ever had.

The tilapia was a bit dry, but the creole sauce was delicious. I would recommend using a different type of fish, such as salmon or cod.

This dish was a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. He said it was the best tilapia he's ever had. I will definitely make it again, but I'll use less cayenne pepper next time.
