Triple-Onion Baked Potatoes image

I've been making twice-baked potatoes since I got married 19 years ago, and I'm constantly changing my recipe. This version features a rich filling of onions, bacon, sour cream and cheese. I like to serve these potatoes with baked ham. -Char Shanahan, Schererville, Indiana

I would give this recipe a 4 out of 5 stars. The potatoes were delicious, but the onions were a little too caramelized for my taste.

Overall, I enjoyed this recipe. The potatoes were fluffy and the onions were flavorful. However, I would have liked a little more cheese.

Not my favorite recipe. The potatoes were a little dry and the onions were too overpowering.

These potatoes were good, but not great. The onions didn't caramelize as much as I would have liked.
