"This tropical medley was a favorite of my mother-in-law," writes Lynda Heminger from Yankton, South Dakota. "She's since passed away, but I love to make it for my father-in-law-it was their special dish. Because it's fast and delicious, it's also ideal for company."

Overall, I thought this recipe was pretty good. It was easy to make and the chicken was cooked perfectly. However, I would recommend using a different sauce. The one I used was a bit too sweet for my taste.

This recipe was a bit too time-consuming for me. I would recommend using a slow cooker or Instant Pot instead.
