Turkey Artichoke Pecan Salad image

Cooked turkey, Progresso™ artichoke hearts, pecans and feta combine to make a delicious and satisfying salad for dinner - ready in just 15 minutes.

5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
2 1/2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 can (14 oz) Progresso™ artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
2 medium green onions, thinly sliced (1/4 cup)
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1 cup crumbled feta cheese (4 oz)

Steps:

  • In large bowl, stir vinegar, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper with whisk. Stir in oil with whisk until blended.
  • Add remaining ingredients. Toss to coat.
