This salad is a great way to use leftover turkey. The fruit makes it refreshing, and the apples and toasted nuts give it a nice crunch. Just serve it with rolls or breadsticks to make a lovely lunch. -Mary Anne Mayberry, Fairmont, Minnesota

[email protected]I love the idea of this salad, but I think I would make a few changes next time. I would use less sugar in the dressing and maybe add some chopped nuts or seeds for a bit of crunch.

[email protected]Not a fan of this salad. The flavors were too sweet for my taste and the texture was a bit mushy. I think I'll stick to my regular fruit salad recipe.
