- In a nonstick skillet, saute the onion, red pepper and garlic in oil for 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl; cool slightly. Add the egg, egg substitute, bread crumbs, parsley, marjoram, thyme, salt and pepper. Crumble beef and turkey over mixture and mix well. , Shape into a 9x5-in. loaf; place in a 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 minutes. Top with ketchup. , Bake 35-40 minutes longer or until no pink remains and a thermometer reads 160°. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
