This sauce tastes better the longer it simmers, which allows the flavors to fully develop. In fact, it tastes best the second day after a night in the refrigerator. Mangia! -Darrell Kau, Eugene, Oregon

I would recommend this recipe to others, but I would suggest making a few changes. For example, I would use less sugar in the sauce and I would cook the turkey for a shorter amount of time.

This recipe has potential, but it needs some tweaking. The sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste, and the turkey was a bit dry.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my sauce turned out really bitter. I think I might have overcooked the mushrooms.

The sauce was a bit too runny for my liking. I think I'll try adding some cornstarch next time to thicken it up.

This recipe was a bit too bland for my taste. I think it could have used more spices or herbs.
