This souffle is a great way to use up leftover sweet potatoes. I always have some on hand, so it's nice to have a recipe that I can use them in.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my souffle didn't rise. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This recipe needs more spices. I added some nutmeg and cinnamon, and it really brought out the flavor of the sweet potatoes.

I've tried many sweet potato souffle recipes before, but this one is by far the best. It's the perfect combination of sweet and savory, and the texture is out of this world.
