Turkey Pumpkin Burger image

I started out with a turkey burger recipe I found here, but wound up with something completely different because of substitutions and omissions. It was really tasty, so I'm posting it here to keep track of it. Served on Kittencal's Hamburger/Burger buns #117281.

I'm not a big fan of pumpkin, but I actually really liked these burgers. The pumpkin flavor is subtle, and the burgers are nice and juicy. I'll definitely be making these again.

These burgers were a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more seasonings next time.

I found these burgers to be a bit dry. I think I'll add some more moisture next time, maybe some shredded zucchini or apple.

These burgers were a bit too sweet for my taste, but my kids loved them. I'll probably reduce the amount of pumpkin next time I make them.
