One package herb mix, preferably organic.
One carton Fresh Raspberries.
Six standard carrots (or, if you're deperate six mini carrots).
About five tablespoons of Basalmic vinegar (to taste).
A handful of Black walnuts.
Dash of salt.

Steps:

  • Mix basalmic vinegar, salt, raspberries, and walnuts. Mix in dry ingredients, except for the carrot. This you will save until you are ready to serve the rest of the salad, which is best done in a bowl. One carrot should be placed on the salad, in the middle, sticking straight up.

This tart was a bit too tart for my taste, but it was still good. I might try adding some more sugar next time.

I'm not a big fan of citrus desserts, but this tart was surprisingly good. The sweetness of the berries balanced out the tartness of the citrus perfectly.
