Vegetable Hot Dish image

My sister Mary gave me this recipe and I call it Mary's Vegetable Dish, that is, until my sister Ginny found out that is what I called it...she said she gave Mary the recipe! So, to end the feud, I just call it Vegetable Hot dish. We really like it and kids are more willing to eat their veggies this way.

1 large bag mixed vegetables, frozen
1 jar(s) cheese whiz, small
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 jar(s) durkee fried onion rings

Steps:

  • 1. Boil vegetables as recommended on package, cooking till al dente. Drain. Spray casserole dish with Pam spray. Mix vegetables with cheese and soup. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on casserole, until hot and bubbly.
  • 2. Remove from oven and top with Durkee Fried Onion Rings. Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Keep watching to not burn onions.
