WACKY COCOA CAKE
This is a very easy recipe and I use it when I need something on a short notice or I don't have anything for a potluck. It is gone in a matter of hours when the grandkids are around.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- 3. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat 3 minutes with electric mixer at medium speed until thoroughly blended.
- 4. Pour batter into a 13x9 greased and floured baking pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
