2 Cups Flour
3 teas. Baking Powder
2 Tbl. sugar
3/4 teas. salt
2 eggs, separated
1 2/3 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Melted Butter

Steps:

  • Sift dry. Combine yolks, milk, butter. Add combined dry to wet ingredients carefully. Beat egg whites and fold into batter

Followed the recipe exactly and the waffles were still undercooked. Had to put them back in the waffle iron.
