This recipe is a great way to use up leftover mortadella. I had some leftover from a charcuterie board and I didn't know what to do with it. This sandwich was the perfect solution.

I'm a vegetarian, so I used sliced avocado instead of mortadella. The sandwich was still delicious. The avocado added a creamy texture and a bit of healthy fat.

I made this for my family and they loved it. The mortadella was a bit too salty for my taste, but my husband and kids didn't mind. The focaccia was perfect.

This was the perfect quick and easy lunch. The mortadella and focaccia were both store-bought, so all I had to do was assemble the sandwich. It was delicious and satisfying.

This mortadella focaccia was a hit at my last party! The combination of flavors and textures was incredible. The mortadella was salty and savory, while the focaccia was soft and fluffy. I'll definitely be making this again.
