This salad is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids loved the orange chicken and they didn't even notice the spinach!

This recipe was a bit too complicated for me. I ended up just making a simple grilled chicken salad instead.

The orange chicken was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the salad itself was very good. I'll try it again with a different chicken sauce.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I also added some chopped almonds for extra crunch and it turned out great!
