Warm Weather Cream Horn Filling image

This was developed for warm weather climates like Florida as it does not require refrigeration to stay fresh. Can be used as frosting too.

These cream horns were a disaster! The filling was too runny, and the pastry was tough and chewy. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I won't be making these again.

I'm not a huge fan of cream horns, but I tried this recipe and was pleasantly surprised. The filling was light and not too sweet, and the pastry was flaky and buttery.

These cream horns were a little more work than I expected, but they were totally worth it. They were so delicious, and my friends and family loved them.

I've made these cream horns several times now, and they're always a crowd-pleaser. The filling is so smooth and creamy, and the pastry is the perfect combination of crispy and flaky.

These cream horns were a hit at my summer party! The filling was light and fluffy, and the pastry was crispy and flaky. I'll definitely be making these again.
