White Bean and Parmesan Soup with Pesto image

This soup is an all time family favorite-light, fresh tasting yet filling. Since I'm a garlic freak I like to serve this with a Caesar Salad and hot rolls.

This soup was a little too bland for my taste. I added some extra salt and pepper and it was much better.

I'm not a big fan of white beans, but I really enjoyed this soup. The Parmesan cheese and pesto really make it.

This soup was easy to make and very tasty. I used vegetable broth instead of chicken broth and it was still delicious.

This soup is a delicious and easy weeknight meal. I love the combination of white beans, Parmesan cheese, and pesto. I also added some chopped kale for extra greens.
