These were good, but not great. The chicken was a little dry, and the spinach sauce was a bit bland. The whole wheat waffle was good, but I think I would have preferred a regular pancake. Overall, I would say this recipe is just okay.

Easy to make and delicious! I used a pre-cooked chicken breast, which made this even quicker. The spinach sauce was creamy and flavorful, and the whole wheat waffle added a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this recipe.
