Steps:
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.
- 2. Firmly press into a greased 9x5x3\" loaf pan.
- 3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 70 minutes.
- 4. Cover with foil during the last 15 minutes if the top is browning too quickly.
